What is your return policy?

At ShopFresh, we pride ourselves in supplying and delivering the freshest seafood on the market. Contact us if you are unhappy with your purchase. We do not accept returns but we will be happy to provide a refund.

 

Do you carry seasonal specialties?

ShopFresh carries a wide variety of seafood items. If you are interested in viewing our seasonality chart, click here. You can also contact us regarding a custom order for a special size, cut, or species!

 

How does shipping work?

Our products are shipped within 24 hours and arrive in packages built especially for shipping our products. Once you receive your product, remove from the shipping container and place in a refrigerator. 

 

What region do you serve?

What are your normal operational hours?

Our customer service hours are from 7:00am to 2:00pm EST but the market opens at midnight and emails are checked throughout the entire day!

 

What is my order shipped in?

Our shipping containers are made of Styrofoam and put into a corrugated cardboard box. Cold packs are included and your order is packed in a 38 degree environment to ensure freshness.  

 

How should I store my recent purchase?

Your fresh fish can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week. We recommend putting it in the coldest place, usually the crisper.  If you want to save it for longer, you can absolutely store it in the freezer for up to 3 months. Thaw it in the refrigerator for 24 hours.  Do not run the fish under water as that may inadvertently start cooking the fish.

By protecting the waters that our fish communities are rooted in, we are not only protecting our coastal community’s way of life but also ensuring that we have nutritious seafood for a long time to come.

Can we visit your facility?

The New Fulton Fish Market is a public building and can be visited at any time, although the best time to see all the action is from midnight to 6am.
